Let us meet in the night when our ballet slippers rub in a sweet salutation. As we dance the stars to tears, our fingertips brush the cumulus and whisps fall outward with a sigh.
Today we walk like giants with our hands on each other's hearts and everyone knows what they must know. Your ears tingle softly with the vibrations of the light bulbs and dishwashers, and your nose shivers at the tantalizing lavender bubble gum popsicle smells exuding from my eyeballs. The spinal fluid finally calibrates at midnight, and we are one with the bullfrog chanting steam rooming people-coyotes. Snowflakes finally make sense. This is love.
